The AYSO Store Guarantee is our promise that you can shop with absolute confidence. We want you to be completely satisfied with products you purchase from the Store. If you are not satisfied, you may return any product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, or exchange (less shipping charges). Just send us the product back with a copy of the invoice via UPS, or US Mail (insured). If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the replacement back to you at no extra cost!

All products are 100% Guaranteed against defects! Please try on all merchandise in a clean indoor area! The Store will not be able to issue refunds, credits or exchanges if returned items are damaged, worn or used.

If an item that you ordered is temporarily out of stock, it will be back ordered. Back ordered items would be shipped as soon as they become available. Items on back order will not be charged to you until they are shipped.

Note: You may cancel back order items at any time.

We carry a large inventory to satisfy an increasing demand. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours via UPS Ground, unless you specify 3-day select, 2nd day air, or next day.

Orders received after 2:00 p.m. P.S.T. will be processed the following business day. Special deliveries will have priority and ship out as soon as they are ready. Please note that we will do our best, but, orders are not guaranteed to go out the same business day.

Shipping outside the Continental U.S. will be shipped Priority Mail unless otherwise specified.

For U.P.S. delivery a physical address is needed (no P.O. Boxes).
